The Bhutan Department of Tourism handles all payments for Bhutan tours. To book a tour, you must pay the entire cost of the package and visa fee before arriving in Bhutan. Your payment will be deposited into the Bhutan National Bank. After your tour ends and you leave Bhutan, the money will be transferred to the tour company. Your Bhutan visa will be approved once you pay the Sustainable Development Fee in full.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it will take 3-4 business days for your payment to reach Bhutan. You must transfer 100% of the tour cost to our USD bank account. Please email us a copy of the wire transfer receipt.
